Talk it through with us ↗Does this calculate my tax bill or file a return?
No. Activity and symbol counts do not calculate gains, losses or tax due. The workspace does not determine tax treatment, prepare a final tax result or automatically file returns.
Does it connect to my brokerage or execute trades?
No. The current workflow imports CSV exports. It does not connect to brokerage accounts, place orders or make investment recommendations.
Does every brokerage CSV work without adjustment?
Exports must contain supported, clearly labeled fields and transaction types. Ambiguous dates or unsupported activity may require clarification before import.
Does a review flag mean something is wrong?
A flag is a prompt for qualified review, not a finding of wrongdoing or a tax conclusion. Keep source statements available for your professional.
