Beautiful work.
A better-run business.
You bring places to life. Bring your properties, crews, customers and job costs together—with a clearer plan for every service day.
An optional module for your KBPOS Core workspace.
A great day outside starts with a clear plan inside.
The next property. The crew on the way. The gate code someone needs. The job that changed with the weather. Give your team the context to keep moving, and keep your customers connected to the work.
Keep the whole service day in view.
Coordinate repeat visits, share practical property instructions and review changes before they reach the schedule. Then bring progress, recorded costs and customer updates back into the same story.
A plan that can adapt
Organize visits and preview rain-delay alternatives before applying changes.
A crew with context
Bring directions, private instructions and supported field updates to the crew board.
A clearer view of the job
Review estimated profitability from linked invoice revenue and recorded expenses.
Out in the field. Connected to the bigger picture.
From seasonal agreements to supplies and equipment, give the work behind every property a place to belong.

Find the part of your day you want to make clearer. Explore the current tools, one area at a time.
Plan the work and keep it moving
Build a practical schedule around properties, people and changing conditions.
Customers & properties
Keep customer relationships and service properties organized, with each job connected to its location.
Recurring visits & crew assignments
Plan repeat service, assign crews and review the work scheduled for each property.
Field planner & route stops
Organize planned stops and open directions for the next leg of the day. Travel estimates are planning aids.
Rain-delay planning
Preview alternative dates against crew bookings, visit windows and available forecasts. Review the proposal before applying schedule changes.
Private property instructions
Give authorized staff access to gate, parking, pet, irrigation, hazard and avoid-area notes. These internal instructions are not customer-facing.
A workspace for the crew
Keep field updates close to the job, including the details that are easy to miss.
Phone-friendly crew board
Open assigned work, directions and instructions; record job starts and finishes and select the equipment used.
Queued field updates
On an already loaded crew board, supported commands can be saved on the device and retried after the connection returns. A full offline reload is not supported.
Private job issues
Record issues for the team while keeping internal field information out of customer-facing updates.
Progress photos
Keep photos with the customer and relevant project, and choose which images to share.
Fuel & readiness
Use daily readiness checks, snooze an unsent reminder and opt into manager reminder emails. Open fuel searches in Google Maps when needed.
See the resources behind each job
Turn recorded activity into a more useful operating picture.
Estimated job profitability
Compare linked issued invoice revenue before tax with recorded job expenses. Choose recorded labor or time-based labor costing without counting both.
Crew labor cost snapshots
Use the saved labor rate when work starts and see missing-rate flags that need attention.
Equipment maintenance
Track calendar- or hour-based service intervals, maintenance history and in-workspace due or upcoming alerts.
Depot & truck supplies
Receive, load, return and consume materials while preventing negative stock. Job consumption records a material expense at its saved unit cost.
Reorder planning
Review suggested shopping quantities without automatically purchasing supplies.
From the first estimate to the next visit
Keep the customer conversation connected to delivery and billing.
Estimates & invoices
Let customers review estimates and prepare linked KBPOS invoices for the work.
Customer dashboard & messages
Give customers a private place to follow updates and ask questions about their service.
Seasonal agreements & extra work
Draft and review proposals, publish them for explicit customer acceptance and retain the accepted details.
Payment connections
Offer online invoice payment through an available, connected Stripe account. Provider setup and payment authorization are separate from the module subscription.
Feedback, reviews & referrals
Request visit feedback, share a neutral review link and record referrals with permission. Optional feedback automation is off by default.
Available actions depend on your plan, role and any required provider connections. Demo records and visual previews are fictional.

Landscape Operations is an add-on to KBPOS Core. Review the current combined price and included customer capacity below. Additional published capacity can be selected on the pricing page.
How accurate is job profitability?
It is an operational estimate based on linked issued invoice revenue before tax and recorded expenses. Missing labor rates, unlinked costs, refunds and unrecorded costs can affect the picture. It is not an accounting statement.
Does bad weather automatically change the schedule?
No. Rain-delay tools prepare a proposal for your review. Forecast availability varies, missing coverage is flagged, and the schedule is rechecked when you apply the plan.
Does an accepted agreement automatically bill a customer?
No. Acceptance retains the agreed terms and supports invoice preparation. Per-visit or monthly agreement pricing does not automatically generate invoices or enroll a customer in payments.
Can crews work completely offline?
Supported updates can queue while an already loaded crew page loses connectivity. The current tool does not offer a full offline reload or a standalone offline app.
Does fuel planning show live fuel prices?
Current tools provide readiness checks, optional reminders and external Google Maps fuel searches. Embedded station prices and actual road-detour estimates are not included.
