Is CRM Pro a separate subscription from Core?

CRM Pro is an optional business add-on to KBPOS Core. The current Core, add-on and combined monthly prices appear below.

Does CRM send marketing emails or text messages?

The current CRM records calls, emails, meetings and notes and organizes tasks. It does not send marketing campaigns, SMS or calendar invitations, or synchronize external calendars.

What do the reports show?

Reports summarize active company CRM records in USD, including stage, source, ownership and outcomes. Weighted forecasts use your stage probabilities and are not guaranteed revenue.

Does closing a deal charge the customer?

No. An authorized handoff can prepare linked records and a draft invoice for review. Sending an invoice or charging a customer remains a separate authorized step.

Is a CRM AI assistant included?

CRM AI summaries, suggested follow-ups and message drafting are planned, not current features. The tools listed on this page describe the available CRM workflows.
